  1. When is the Safety In Action® Digital Experience?

    The Safety In Action Digital Experience will be held on September, 8 2021  from 11:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. EST

  2. What is the registration fee?

    The first 100 registrants pay $200 for both the live virtual conference on September 8, with continued access to the On-Demand content until Dec 10, 2021.

  3. Do I need any special app or program to attend the conference?

    You’ll be able to attend the conference via your web browser. For the best experience, use Chrome, Firefox or Safari on a desktop computer.

  4. What if I miss a session?

    We’ve got you covered! You can go back and watch any session On-Demand until December 10, 2021

  5. How do I register a group for the conference?

  6. If I can’t attend, can I view the conference at a later date?

    Yes! Your Registration gives you access to all sessions On-Demand for 90 days post conference. You will have access to these sessions until December 10, 2021

  8. How do I post in the discussion boards?

    To post on the discussion board, simply visit any topic, write your reply, and hti enter on your keyboard or the submit button.

  9. How do I reset my password?

    Click on the login button at the top right of the page at to reveal the reset password link.

  10. My video won’t play, what should I do?

    If you're on a VPN or some kind of protected network, your video may not play. Try accessing the site when not behind a firewall or VPN.

  11. The video is skipping repeatedly. How do I resolve this?

    If your video is skipping, try refreshing your page or checking your internet connection. Make sure you're also on a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox Safari or Edge updated to the latest version for the best experience

  12. I can’t seem to rewind/forward

    You can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to rewind or forward the video at any time.

  13. Can I use my deferred registration from 2020 to register for the Digital Experience?

    No, unfortunately the deferred registration only applies to the conference in Orlando. If you have any further questions on your deferred registration or how to apply it, please contact
